As some of you know I will be moving my columbian sharks to an indoor pond (100gal 52"L x 25"H x 31"W) very soon, and I would like to know are there any kind of algae eaters or sucker fish that could survive in brackish to at some point saltwater, or any other kind of scavenger/cleaner fish.

Not sure if it will help, and not sure if they will become a snack for your sharks, but it looks like in 2 posts while searching around mention a BW-Nerite snail. Also noted were some plants to remove some of the nitrates the algae would use. It didn't seem like there were any fish that will tolerate the brackish water well.

Here's a   to a site selling the Snail but I have no personal experience with them.
