Coloration of Black Khuli Loach?

I have a question about the coloration of a black khulI loach. It's been in my tank for a month.

This one KhulI is colored differently. It's actually grayish white looking. While the other Khulis are normal looking. Does this mean it is sick? Fungus on its skin? It doesn't act sick, eats and swims normally.

There's many different variations of Kuhli's. I wouldn't be concerned, they sometimes actually change color into different shades to reflect on they're water conditions. Some can be striped(personally my favorite), black, grey, tan, green there's just a ton of coloration's.

Whats your pH?
Whats your water change schedule?
What do you feed them?

pH is currently 7.2
water change is every Monday (30 percent)
Food varies: Flakes, Algae Wafers, Carnivore pills and Freeze dried bloodworms, frozen bloodworms.

It's just odd because my other Khulis have similar color while this is an odd ball color. I looked carefully and I don't see any fungus growing on its skin. It's the skin color that looks different from the others.

I have a couple more questions:
The first is difficult to word. Is the grey-white a healthy color or not? Essentially, does it look like dead/dying skin, or does it look like it might just be the color of the scales?
The second is:
What are the water parameters? Specifically, nitrite, nitrate, and ammonia. I see what you have in the aquarium info, but anytime you notice a potentially sick fish, it's a good idea to test, to make sure that the cycle hasn't crashed, or that something hasn't caused a spike in nitrates.

pH isn't terribly important, as long as it's stable. I have kuhlis living in 8.2 water, and they're incredibly happy. They've been around for well over a year, and I often catch them doing the kuhlI happy dance (when they swim up and down the sides of the tank).

0ppm Ammonia
0ppm Nitrite
10ppm Nitrate

used the Liquid ApI Master Test Kit

Doesn't look like dead/dying skin. It just looks like the color of the scale. I don't know if its a healthly color. I've never had a KhulI look like this before. I've had some from Tan to Light Black, but never this color.

This KhulI eats and swims like the others.

Then I wouldn't worry. As was said above, they range in color. This could be a simple lack of pigmentation. As long as it doesn't look/act sickly, it's probably okay.
