Coldwater bottom feeders

Are there any coldwater bottom feeders? Like temp of 68-70...Can the little aquatic frogs be coldwater?

 

Snails and ghost shrimp will work.

 

all I can think of is loaches...

 

Hillstream loaches are the only ones I can think of.

Hillstreams would be perfect at that temp, but they need a lot of water movement and highly oxygenated water.
