Clown fish fungus? Important

I have a 35 gallon tank and and I have 2 true perculas a firefish, a diamond goby and the fish I'm worried about: my occilaries clown( sorry about the spelling) It has gown quite a large white something on it's chin and I don't know if it will just go away or if he should be sent back to the LFS quarantened or what?

Would it be possible for you to post a pic of your clownfish? That might help us to figure out the problem.

Sorry I can't send a pic, it looks like cottage cheese or coliflower. I know the discription I vague, but please try to figure out it's getting quite large. Thanks soo much..

Sounds like a fungal growth that can be treated but it would be nice to see a pic.

if it was fresh water i would say columnaris, do Saltwater fish get that,
