What should I do if my new little Rainbow has developed a cloudy eye? His one eye is ok but the other looks a bit swollen and it is cloudy. are there any meds to use to help??

    Thanks!!

well, water test/water change should be in order first.(and isolate/quarantine the fish if possible)

    Good morning,

I agree with Steed about the water change. Keep the tank as pristine as you can. I don't really see a need to quarantine for cloudy eye. Cloudy eye is usually caused by poor water conditions. Do you know your readings for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and pH?

:animal0068:I've moved your thread to the Freshwater Fish Disease section of the forum.

    Best of luck!
