Clicking noise coming from tank, should I be worried?

There's this strange clicking noise coming from my tank. It comes and goes so it's not consistent. My main concern is that I bought this tank used.
I don't think it's the canister filter and I'm pretty non of my fish can make the noise but just in case I have
10 black neon tetras
6 cardinal tetras
1 betta
4 nerite snails
(Sorry it won't let me upload the file so I've pasted the tweet with the video, hopefully it works)
The rhythmic thumping noise is the filter, it's the clicking noise I cant identify

Sounds mechanical at least. No clue beyond that.

Probably filter, your stand might be buckling, or your heater might be cracking show a pic

What filter is it? I assume it is in the picture but it won't let me view it.

I also would suspect the heater, they click like that when the on/off switches begin to wear out

I just bought the heater last year, kind of disappointing if it were breaking already (another reason I want to go coldwater in the future).
I've attached a picture of the heater/filter/stand. Nothing is clicking so far this morning.
The video was dark because you were going to be staring at the floor anyway so I just put my hand over the camera. (I took it on my phone the mic is the opposite side of the lens)

Update: I don't think it's my heater. The noise happens when the heater is both on and off. I know for a fact it isn't my filter either.

What other stuff do you have in the tank? Like a bubbler or something with the heater and filter? I have a bubbler and it makes noises similar to that quite frequently.

Sorry I didn't reply, I didn't see the notification!

This made me think of something.. I know its a longshot but are you using a Fluval airpump by any chance?

Well I'm sunk if your glass was cracking audibly I'm sure it would be visible tho. Maybe treat it like a car lol. If it makes too much noise turn the radio on until it stops making noise.. it's like it never happened

What if its the heater or something banging on the tank since it’s inconsistent.

I'm going to keep a tote around in case it ends up cracking and I need to rescue the fish.

I have an idea! Try turning off all your equipment and if the sound goes away, it's your equipment. If it doesn't it's none of your equip.

Thank you! That way we can narrow it down. Tho make sure, just in case it's the tank or stand get equipment just in case you need to save the fish. Always to be safe than sorry.

Your heater looks like Hal 9000.

Heard the noise, turned the power bar off, noise stopped. Turned everything back on, noise didn't start.
Waited a minute.
Noise is now louder.
I don't know

Try unplugging the equipment one by one to test which one is making the noise.

I just found the source! The plastic tube part holding the output of the filter get unsuctioned and rattles every now and then.

Thanks for the replies. I just got worried because it's a used tank.
