10 Gallon Tank Clear eggs and shrimp identification help pls!

Can anyone tell me what these clear gelatinous balls attached to my plants and aquarium walls are? I have neon tetra’s, a molly, and a few shrimp (which I need help identifying). I’ve posted pics. The shrimp were a part of a group of cleaner shrimp sent to me. I’m thinking they might be Amano but look like wood or fan shrimp. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Im not 100% on the shrimp but the clear balls could be some snail eggs. Do you have any snails? Maybe pond snails?

Thanks! No snails which I’m aware. Possibly a plant high jacker, but I haven’t purchased anything new. I did add SeaChem substrate and move some plants around yesterday... not sure that could do anything. What do you think?

I still think it looks like snail eggs. I researched neon tetra eggs but I don't think that is it. I have not used that substrate before myself. With any new substrate, you want to rinse it well. It would be unlikely it is from that but some substrates could bring snails along with it. Start googling the shrimp and their eggs. I only have kept cherry shrimp.

Unfortunately no clue on the clear balls, but that shrimp resembles a bamboo shrimp. Does it have tufts on the end of its pincers? If so, then it is probably a bamboo shrimp. It could also be a weird color variety of amano or indian whisker shrimp, however whatever it is she’s definitely female.
