So my 10 gallon betta tank is cycled, and he is a happy customer.
The filter has become home to detritis worms. For the most part, I don't care about them. They only look unsightly when I do water changes or mess with the filter. They get knocked off and fill the tank. Frankie jr. loves eating them, so I know he loves having them around...
but, is there a way to clean a filter and get rid of the worms without killing the BB?
His tank went bare bottom when I discovered thousands of worms living under the gravel, but now that the tank is crystal clear, and the worms only live in the filter, I'd like to put the gravel back, but not have anymore worms in the tank, working their way back under the gravel.
Advice?
