Cichlids and bloodworms? Question

    Can my African Cichlids eat freeze dries blood worms that I feed my Mollies? Its kind of a dumb question but I just wanna make sure before I just throw something in my tank.

    From the looks of your signature, most of your africans are Malawi Mbuna. A lot of protein isn't good for them. They'd love some spirilua and lettuce, though!

    I've never used the dried blood worms but i feed all my fish including the africans the frozen bloodworms.I only feed them bloodworms about twice a week.

    yea their normal food is spirilua flakes and im probably gonna buy a veggie clip for some lettuce tomarow

    I do feed mine frozen thawed bloodworms 2 times a week also..they love it(but there isnt a food africans wont eat!!)...but im with BB ...its more a treat and not part of their diet...

    check out   ..he makes an amazing premium veggie flake and spirulina flake..and he is very reasonably priced with it ..... his shipping is fast and reasonable also!
