Cichlid stones for African Dwarf Frog (ADF)?

I have two African Dwarf Frogs in a tank, and they like to hide under the java fern and wedge themselves next to their food bowl, but the little plant pot that I put in the tank seems to be too big for them. They don't use it very often, and if they do it is usually just for a few moments at a time.
I am considering cichlid stones like these:



I am just a little bit worried that they will be too rough in texture for the ADFs, or that they will get stuck, which I have heard can be a problem for them. Has anyone used cichlid stones with their ADFs? Is there a good brand, or another good option for natural tank hideaways?

They look pretty cool. I wonder how wide the opening is.
That would give you a better idea if they could be used for ADF's.

 

According to the Amazon reviews the openings (there are two or three in each stone) are about 1 inch in diameter, about the size to a US quarter. People in the reviews are saying that fully grown Ram cichlids are able to swim in and out of them freely (I don't know anything about the size of that fish, but I figure someone here can use that information to judge by...)
Luckily, I also found a review that says the stone is smooth enough for betta fish fins, which I gather means that it will work for my ADFs.

Any thoughts about my ADFs being able to move happily in and out of quarter-sized holes? They are so clumsy going around the tank...

 

Gosh, it's hard to tell without actually seeing the stone/hole in person.

Thank you for linking that video! I didn't think to look on YouTube for extra information. I am going to keep looking for options and information, and I will definitely post back here if I decide to go for the UP Aqua stone.
