Christmas moss tips

i recently bought some christmas moss attached to a bridge and ive never grew moss before but ive heard some cons about moss though. Im wanting it to really grow so are there any tips anyone has to grow moss faster?

I dose flouish, flourish iron, ThriveC, and liquid co2. Will any of these ferts help moss?

It would be nice for it to grow alot to where i could easily propagate it. It did arrive with some brown spots but its been 1 week & half and haven't noticed much growth yet. Any ideas or tips are greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Huh. My moss (flame moss, just another variety of the same stuff) grows into thick, surface-reaching clumps faster than I can get rid of it. I only supply light - no ferts or CO2 of any kind.

I hope someone who has grown moss in high-tech setups can come along and help you!

Moss is not very picky, but still likes light and ferts if available. My moss does equally well in low tech as well as high tech, just faster growing in high tech. Christmas moss is nice because it's less yarny looking than java moss and has a visually pleasing structure to it. All of those ferts will help, though flourish is slightly redundant if you have ThriveC. No harm to dose flourish occasionally too though, it has a wide variety of micros just not macros.
If its not growing, perhaps tie it to something that can raise it closer to the light? What light do you have?

Im not able to move it to, its attached to a coconut hut bridge i ordered from aquarium co-op. I just started dosing ThriveC about twice so maybe the more i dose, it will help the moss? Haven't really been able to tell if the new ferts affect the moss or not yet. For my lighting I have Nicrew LED aquarium light , do you know if that light strip will suffice for good plant growth? My tank is small so I cant order those nicer Full Spectrum lights that sit ontop the hood.

I see. Nicrew isn't the strongest light but it should be fine for the easiest plants. I think now all you need is time!
