Cherry shrimp sexual maturity question

I have a 20 gallon community tank. Details on the tank are here

Thread '20 gallon community tank (lots of shrimp)' https://www.fishlore.com/aquariumfishforum/threads/20-gallon-community-tank-lots-of-shrimp.530835/

I bought a red rili and noticed she was berried. I saw the first tiny shrimplet on January 3rd.

I'd estimate I have somewhere between 15-20 juveniles now. Some of them are pretty big (1 cm or so) while others are like a grain of rice. I know that individuals grow at different rates, but still, seeing a tiny shrimplet next to one that is 8 times its volume is fun.

On to the topic.

The red rili got eggs again (saddled), and I tried looking up what would happen if the eggs didn't get fertilized during her next molt. I couldn't find an answer, so I decided I'd just wait and see. She disappeared two days ago, and I was sure she was molting. I just caught a glimpse of her.

She is berried again...

Can a 3 week old shrimplet fertilize eggs? Everything I have found says 2 months to sexual maturity?

My wife jokingly says that the dad is the lone amano (we both know that's impossible).

I don't have any other neocaridina besides the red rili and her progeny. Am I overthinking it and this is normal, or did I get a precocious shrimplet?

Can we get photos of the largest young shrimp and perhaps the amano as well (wild colored cherries are often sold as small amano shrimp).

If a shrimp is eating well and in good conditions it will mature faster. Warmer water also makes them grow faster due to a higher metabolism. 3 weeks does seem like too short a time but it’s hard to say for sure without photos of the little guys in question.

Yellow guy is the amano, he arrived amano-colored then turned yellow (diet is my guess). Red one is the biggest juvenile I could find at this moment. There is another one a little bit bigger but I couldn't find him for a picture.

And how big is this amano? Looks to me more like a male yellow cherry shrimp, I've never heard of nor seen a yellow amano. Cherries get about 1in tops, usually less, while amanos will get closer to 2in.

I wouldn't be surprised to hear a cherry shrimp colored up once settled in, they can go almost completely colorless then regain their vibrant colors once no longer stressed.

Amano is a bit over an inch. When I looked into its color change, I found people with amanos of all sort of colors (red, green, yellow) based on diet

I'll not overthink it since it I wanted this outcome (lots of shrimps). It just amazed me that some of the shrimplets look adult size after only 3 weeks.

Can you get a picture where that yellow shrimp is in focus? If someone had showed me just that second picture without any context I'd have said female yellow neocaridina.
