Cherry shrimp: Old or molting?

AlphaFish

Today I noticed that one of my shrimp is a bit smaller and whiter than the others. I've read online that it could either mean old age or molting soon. What could it be? Sorry for the blurred pic, it's the clearest one I could get.

From what I've learnt over the years the racing stripe on the top really starts to breakwith age, he may be old but still plenty of life in him
The whiteness could be related to where water starts to separate the old and new shell this makes for easier molting, although this happens to all shrimp its not always noticeable

So he's not going to either die, or molt too soon?

It's possible she'll molt soon but there's nothing to say she's going to die from any type of disease from those photos
