Is this a Fire Red male? I'm not sure how to identify the grading for the males.

I think this is more of a fire where the shell is solid red.

But can the males be that solid of a colour? My camera quality is really bad too so I didn't really capture it well

Hi Hudson here one of mine you can see the nice shiny red gives it away but it's not until the legs are completely red without any breaks can you call it a fire red as you can see here

Yes hes a big Male about 1 1/4" one of the best I think I've bred

Yeah that's a really good looking shrimp, I do have a Fire Red female from what I can tell and it's berried right now. I started with 11 cherries and I'm hoping to expand the colonies a lot

Best of luck with that you should get some nice ones out of that brood
