So here's the deal - I had 5 cherry barbs to start out and they were doing great for a while until I started having ammonia issues. One by one they died until I had two left, a male and a female. I could never get them to come up to eat so I decided to buy a breeding net. They ate fine in the net and I decided to put together my 10 gallon tank for them (and some glowfish, later). I thought after being fed regularly in the net, they would eat fine in the 10 gallon, but they just aren't eating. I'm thinking of putting them in a 1.5 gallon but I really don't want to do that to them, but they need to eat. I would like to avoid buying more cherry Barbs - while I do understand the lack of a school might have something to do with it, do you have any other suggestions? Thanks!
