Cheapest place to buy river pebbles?

So I need river pebbles for my 30 breeder the tank has the same footprint as a 40 breeder. Where's the cheapest place to get these?

 

Get pea gravel from a home improvement store. It cost like $3 for a 50 pound bag. You have to rinse it A LOT. But it's the same stuff that is clean in the pet stores. I drilled some holes in the bottom of a 5 gallon bucket to speed up the cleaning of it. I used it in a fairly large tank though so had hundreds of pounds to clean. 1 bag should be more than enough for what you are using it for. So drilling a bucket may be overkill, but will speed it up.
