I don't. I do use Prime for the chlorine in tap water though.
Once the tank is fully cycled, you do not need anything else but fish and keep up with the water changes.

Should you add anything aside from conditioner when cleaning and changing water in a cycled tank?
Hello Jar...

If you're a good and faithful water changer and remove and replace half the tank water weekly, you don't need anything other than the standard water treatment product.

I use RO water, so I add a remineraliser, Prime (which should not be necessary in RO water but I use it "just in case"), plant fertiliser in my three tanks that are not dirted (the dirted tank doesn't need it), and a product called EasyLife Voogle that is a general tonic for fish. The Voogle could possibly be snake oil, but I have not had a fish death since I started using it, so I continue the superstition, LOL.

None of this is strictly necessary other than the remineraliser, if one is using RO.
