Changing My Stock In My 37 Gallon!

HI there! Here's the stats on my tall 37 gallon tank:

Penguin BioWheel 200, TopFin Silentstream 40 gallons

30 in L x 12 in W x 22 in H

Stocking Currently
8 Zebra Danios, 1 angelfish, 3 otocats

I just recently tore everything out of the tank as it was covered in BBA, but the new plants will be Cabomba Pulcherrima, Microsorum Thor's hammer, Microsorum Pteropus Philippine, Anubias Nana Petite, Hottonia Palustrius, and Ludwigia sp. Atlantis.

My Question
I know the otocats school is very low, I used to have 6 of them but I think they passed away with time. Ive had this tank running for over a year now and haven't had any issues of aggression between the angelfish and the danios luckily. I'm trying to decide if I should just up the otocats and go back to what it was originally stocked with, or if its possible to add another school of something, and maybe give away my remaining 3 otocats. If there's a way to change my stocking, or possibly add another school, I'd love to hear some input! I'm planning on having lots of hiding space with the plants I'm putting in as well.
