Hi all, i'm new to this forum and was hoping to get some "expert" advice.
A few months ago i was battling ICH and Hole in the Head in my 55 gallons, I had minimal losses as I treated immediately. I ended up migrating all my fish from the 55 to my 30g hospital tank, and actually like the look. So I bleached by 55g, dried it out for a month, boiled all substrate and decor, air dried those as well.
My question is, can/should I use my ceramic bio rings OR my bio sponge from my filter to seed my 55g? Do parasites or ICH live within the ceramic rings or sponge? Or should I just start the nitrogen cycle over from scratch?
