So I've heard of people using styrofoam to make cave and such, and using a type of concrete to coat them and make them look real.

I was just wondering what brands were safe and if anyone here had done this.

I plan on cutting some weight , getting rid of some pretty big rocks and making tunnels and more caves out of the styrofoam - literally some tunnels lol.

    Insight much appreciated!!

I have never done this. I just did a bit of research and came across this:   You will have to glue the cave down because styrofoam floats. If you can't get it to work, then here's this other link with a few more cave ideas:   Personally I thought the coconut idea sounded cool, but then again I don't know what look you're going for. Hope things work out for you! :;hi1

Thanks. I was planning on making the cave heavier at the bottom so it is sinkable.

I was mainly looking for a source of safe concrete mix
