Cause Of Hunched Over Body Position?

bitseriously

Anyone know of a fish disease or infection that would cause a fish to hold a hunched over or tail drooping downwards body position?
If he was standing on his tail, I’d say he’s hunch-backed. Head position seems normal, rear 2/3 of body is sort of bent or turned downwards.
He also seems to be swimming sort of by bending his whole rear body, not the nornal more fluid serpentine like movement when he was healthy. He’s thin, but not sunken, hollowed or emaciated.
He’s eating, and has just come off a 10-day course of kanamycin flake. So whatever he has, it’s not treated by that.

Sunken belly also I would consider internal parasite or some worm ?
Praziquantel is gentle enough to give a try .

Thanks coralbandit I have prazI on hand. I wish I could get Gen Cure up here, to rule out or treat protozoans at the same time.
