Hi, we have a cardinal fish that is in love with anemone, meaning when the tentacles of the anemone is not around the middle of its mouth the cardinal fish would go hug around the mouth, sometimes even go through the tentacles of the anemone. can someone explain this?

Yes my cardinal fish does that

Seems normal. I've seen this often at public aquaria. They can do this almost like clownfish. An anemone is a safe hiding spot.

Wow, that's crazy. I knew they liked hiding in sea urchins but had no clue about anemones.

Nobody knows, honestly.

Seems like from the video that they don’t actually touch the anemone.

It was the first hit searching for "Banggai Cardinal Anemone" on YT. Here's another one.
