Canopy VS Glass Lid

What do you guys recommend? I'm thinking of getting a canopy for my tank because my glass lid doesn't fit the tank anyways. What are the pros and cons of canopies?

Canopies limit light choices. Glass has more choices with lighting.

And that about sums it up other than personal preferance and the look you want.

 

Tomorow I will take a picture of my canopy and my glass hoods. I personally like the glass hoods better but canopy look nice too.
