Haha! "What's mine is mine and what's their's is mine" describes dogs quite well. Our younger dog Chance always loves to steal stuff from his "big sis" Phoebe. They can have two of the exact same toy, and he'll want her's because it's her's and that makes it better in his mind.

The funny thing is that if she has something that she really likes, a high value item so to speak, he won't take it from her. He won't even get near her. She's never once snapped or growled at him for trying to take something from her, he just respects the fact that he can't take that item from her because she's the alpha.
