I found an amazing deal on a 135 gallon with a stand and hood. However, the back is painted, and I would need to drill a hole for the internal overflow. Has anyone done this on a tank with a painted back? Is it possible? Any tips?

As long as you dont leave any paint flakes in the tank after it shouldn't be a problem
