Can Someone Tell Me If These Are Good Lights For Plants?

I have a 15 gallon planted tank with low to medium light plants and I'm looking to upgrade my current lightning which consists of a 85W daylight CFL into something a little more "correct" or effective.
I came across these lights and I wanted to know if these are good for growing plants in your opinion/s.
Any feedback is highly appreciated

I bought the Licah Aquarium Plant LED light LDP-1800 for my 180 gallon and it is made very well and gives of a really nice, bright light.
I haven't yet got my tank set up so that is all, at this point, that I can say about it. But, can give more information as soon as it gets set up.
If you have any specific questions, let me know and I will try to answer for you. I ordered mine from Alibaba as well and had a good experience ordering from them: it came quick, was well packed, and intact on arrival.
Here is the light on my tank.

That's a nice tank! Does the WPG rule apply to this light or because it's a specialized light it doesn't really matter? If the rule applies the output of your light would give you 163/180 = 0.9wpg correct? Does the light come with something to perch the light over the tank?

No, WPG doesn't really work to determine output. With these lights PAR is a better measurement and I haven't been able to find any PAR information on this particular light. Although, someone much smarter than me about lighting said that it looks to be medium /high lighting.
There are metal legs at ends of light that allow it to set on the tank. It looks cool in person because it looks like it is floating, because the legs are a thin/but well built metal.

Would you mind updating me when you plant your tank? If you have success with it in an 180 gallons then that's a good indicator for my 15 gallon
