Can playing music instrument in the same room of the fish tank be harmful to the fish?

can playing music instrument in the same room of the fish tank be harmful to the fish?
or stress the fish?

I think it depends on the instrument and how loudly it is being played. Sound is vibrations and vibrations that are strong enough can kill fish.

If it's just like a flute or acoustic guitar then it's fine- if it's a drum or something right beside the tank then maybe try somewhere else.

When I had my subwoofer next to my tank it seemed to irate the fish when the base hit. I moved it away from the tank and the fish don't seem to mind it.

Well I wouldn't put a tank in the same room as a drumkit or even in a rehearsal room, but I play music all the time and my fish don't mind. It's the vibrations that go through the ground that can make fish panic. But yeah, anything that doesn't crack the 80-90 db-mark won't hurt.
