Can Otos move gravel?

I keep 3 otos in my tank with a few schools of tetras. I bought my little otos 2 weeks ago and recently I've noticed patches of glass in my tank beside the driftwood. I'm suspecting the otos moving the gravel but I've never actually seen it.

My otos are about 1-1.5 inch and gravel that can go up to 0.5 cm big. They usually hide in some corner until night time and I feed them zucchinI twice a week. Water has also been tested to be all within safe zone.

I've heard of pleco and cories move gravel but can otos move them too? Is this something I should be worried about? I read somewhere that's how plecos build breeding caves?

Just an update: Really embarrassing moment. Turns out the person refilling the tank water was lazy and dumped water into the tank and made a hole in the gravel.

Note to self: Do not trust anyone else to refill the tank water. You had one job... ONE JOB.
