I have a 5.5 gallon red cherry shrimp tank and I wanted to switch things up, so I got a couple of Orange Rilli shrimp. Will the Red Cherry shrimp breed with Orange Rilli and created wild colored shrimp? My other option is to put the Rilli with my velvet blues. Thanks in advance

FYI I REALLY hate wild colored shrimps.

I know from years ago that if you breed a fancy guppy with a wild type one, the fry will revert back to the wild type because it is dominant. With shrimp I'm not sure but maybe it could happen. Let the shrimp keepers here answer this.

May or may not help, but handy.

If you put the rili's in with either the RCS or the velvet blues, you are going to get wild colour.

If you want some variety (and you are an experienced shrimp keeper) why not get some caridina?

Rilis will not work with either one.
Agree about the caridina, but make sure you look up their parameter requirements, they are a lot pickier than neos.
