Can I up my school?

Hello all, so I have a 29 gallon tank with 10 neon tetras, 4 glow light tetras, a betta, and 4 zebra loaches. I am wondering if I would be okay to up my glow lights to like 8-10? Or do you think that would be too stocked?

Assuming you have adequate filtration I think you'd be okay with 8, but I'm not very familiar with zebra loaches. How big do they get?

They are supposed to get about 4 inches

And as far as filtration I have a sponge filter rated for 40 gallons and an aqua clear 20 hob as well
