Can I get a plant with this light fixture?

I'm considering some type of floating plant but am having trouble figuring watts per gallon with my led hood. My current fixture is:
Marineland led hood 22 white/2 blue led
.11 watts per led 2.42 watts fixture total
total lux 460 total lumens @12" 165

I haven't picked out plants or anything, I just wanted to know if this light is capable of supporting anything before going further.
Thank you Also this is the type of led fixture that is integral to the hood, not one of the ones with legs that sit up higher.

Hi, I have two of those strips that pop into the marineland hoods. In my experience they won't grow anything, I had one on a 10gal and one on a 20gal.

Ty for the response. Oh well, I guess if I can't have a live plant at least now I don't have to figure it out by having a dead rotting one. Plastic it is!

You could always upgrade later on, we replaced the hood on our ten gal with a regular incandecnet hood a put aquarium CFLs in it, which do great with plants, we have the same setup on our 15 gal.

Thanks for the replies, I switched to the led because the light just looked so much cleaner fish seemed more vivid. But I do have my old incandescent hood still so maybe I'll try with the Leds and if things aren't going well switch to my old hood and get aquarium cfls. Any recommendations for floating plants that would have the best chance with the leds?
I'd been told brazilian pennywort but when researching I found it is a moderate light plant?

the single bright leds just aren't very powerful. I do have a doublebright strip that grows low light plants well.

As far as floating plants, how about duck weed? The cfls would give you enough light for the moneywort or maybe some water sprite.
