30 Gallon Tank Can crystal shrimp breed in around 300 tds water?

I hade a couple crystal shrimp I was trying to breed in my tank that I've had for a couple months that were doing good in the parameters and were molting, but I sadly accidentally killed all but one by adding some algea killer to the tank which I shouldn't have. Now I'm left with 1 shrimp but I have the opportunity to get some black crystal shrimp for not alot of money. Would they possible be able to breed in that high of a tds if they lived longer?

Its not the tds you need to look at although that is to high
You need to start by looking at your gh, that needs to be below gh5 once you've got that then you can take a tds reading and use that as a guide when adding minerals
