Can some one tell me if they have ever seen anything like this? It has 3 clear tubes sticking out of it as well.

In the very center of the picture, there seems to be some sort of sponge. Pretty common hitchhiker, especially if your rock was kept pretty wet during travel.

Its really close to my anemone and corals, is this ok ? Or do I need to move things around?

Nope it's fine. It won't hurt anything at all. Its good for the tank, acts like a little tiny water filter. I have 10-15 all told, probably more I can't see. I have 3-4 right in the middle of a big zoa colony and they're literally growing over it haha

I have a big sponge on one of my pieces of live rock as well, it won't harm anything, they're pretty cool!
