Camallanus Worms in Guppy

I've noticed one of my female guppies has very obvious camallanus worms, two of them being visible sticking out of her anus. She was even resting at the bottom of the tank while I was doing water changes, but from what I can tell she has still been eating. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to treat her?

You'll have the treat the whole tank as by the time they're visible they're laying eggs and have likely already spread to the rest of the stock. The only way that is known to help is detailed here. Do not wait. She may still be eating but these worms can and do kill extremely quickly.
I lost my entire tank to camallanus despite treating it within 2 weeks of seeing the first symptom. I live in Canada and the medication required to treat it is a restricted substance so I had to order some off ebay. The two weeks was just it getting here. Within those two weeks one died and the others began to show worms. The first week of treatment went by and two more died because they were already too far gone. Out of five I now only had two left. Only one made it to the third treatment. The remaining single guppy had to be euthanized as the damage done by the worms had left it barely able to move.
If you use the same equipment to do water changes on any other tanks you may have spread the worms to them as well. These little monsters can be transferred in as little as a single drop of water.

Levamisole is the only thing I know that works reliably. jkkgron2 , was it you that had some luck with flubendazol? I remember someone talking about that a few months back.

Oh god this'll be a nightmare. I'll get to work treating them immediately, thank you

Best of luck, hopefully everyone turns out ok. If you have any snails by the way they don't seem to be affected by the worms and as far as I noticed they were not harmed by the levamisole. However if you're worried you may want to temporarily relocate them to their own little tank.

Yep. I used it with levamisole for a 24 hour treatment to clear up some worms that the previous levamisole treatments didn’t kill. It worked well and so far I haven’t seen any signs of the worms coming back. I can’t remember for sure, but I don’t think I lost any fish.

Update- I went to feed the guppies and I found her dead on the bottom of the tank. She wasn't even stiff yet so it must have just happened. The others are all eating and I don't see any signs of illness in them yet. I sanitized all my supplies. Ordering the meds tomorrow since that's when I get paid
