Buying New Fish/Fishes and Guppies Dying one by one.

Hi! I have a 5 gallon tank. I'm just wondering what fish/fishes can I put in it aside from betta and guppies. I also have a question regarding my guppies on the other 5 gallon tank (I have two 5 gallon tanks). Their tails were torn. I think it's because of tail nipping or maybe because of the water. I bought Tetra Aquasafe hoping that it can solve that problem. I plan on doing water changes every 3 days. I feed them azoo micropellets plus immunity. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance. I don't want my fishes to die :/

Yes I know about the nitrogen cycle.
I have ammonia test kit. The parameter is 0ppm
I had three. I only have one now.

I have my aquarium for 1 and a half years already. My first fish was a betta. It lasted a year and after that I bought 3 guppies and put it in the same aquarium. They started getting torn tails after 3 months in the tank. Should I change the water (50%) every other day for 2 weeks? Could that help?

Guppies need at least a 10g. Your best bet is to rehome or exchange them.
Another betta, shrimp or snails are better suited for a 5g.

I suggest getting the rest of the liquid test kits. Nitrate, nitrite, ph, gh, kh. You need these in order to tell if your tank is cycled, if there's any issues with your water, and how large of a water change to do.

How often do you do water changes and how much?
