I have a 30g long with about 8 or 10 of these guys along with some gobies, garras and minnows. They need a circulation pump/fan, good aeration and cold water (75F max). I had ich in the tank once and tried to heat to 80F and they immediately developed fungal infections. The cold water is required. Great fish if you can keep them happy. Many people use a system called a "hillstream manifold" to create a riverine environment for them. I am currently cycling a 75 with this system and hope to rehome them into it soon.

Thanks for the reply I have a 20 long unheated with only a betta right now. Do they tolerate salt dips for ich? Whats the minimum temp they can survive? I live in NH so it get cold hur. Do they tolerate dewormers?
