Bumps on HM betta fins

Hello everyone! With this one tank I own it is like one problem after another! I have dealt with fin rot and detritus worms and now currently, blue green algae and bumps on my bettas fins. I’m currently doing treatment to get rid of the BGA, and ordered a better filter because I think the reason it started in the first place is because there isn’t enough movement and circulation in the water. I just noticed today, that my betta has bumps on his fins. I know that they definitely were not there when I got him. A few weeks ago I noticed it looked like one of his scales was raised with something under it and so I took some pictures, the next day it looked normal again so I wasn’t sure what that was. Now I see quite a few little dots on my betrays fins, which after looking closer realized were bumps, and then I noticed two that were much bigger. I have kanaplex that I could use, but does this look like a parasite? Or is it something untreatable like tumors? I’ll attach a few pictures, the first two being of the raised scale a few weeks ago, and the second two of the bumps on his fins currently. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

He’s eating normal and still swimming right up to the tank to see me everytime I pass by. He is acting completely like himself still.

I can’t find anything that looks like it either. Any recommendations for a general fungal treatment that would be safe for live plants and red cherry shrimp?

Just make sure there is no copper. Copper is toxic to inverts

So after I posted last, the bumps were not really there anymore, and so I decided to just monitor him instead of putting him through the stress of medication. I am seeing them again, and decided that I’m going to try some aquarium salt. I can’t really put it in my tank because of my RCS, so I am going to set up a hospital tank. Any advice on how to set that up (should it cycle, should I fill it with some tank water, etc)? And does aquarium salt even kill fungus?
