Building a coffee table tank

I have a rough plan of a cool tank idea that I want to try and build! I just finished the basement in my house and wanted to put a tank out there, and had the idea of trying to a coffee table tank and was just wanted to make a quick post about building this to see if you guys have any recommendations. My plan is to start by Buying a few pieces of plywood and putting a water tight proof finish on them. Then cutting the centres out to put acrylic so you can see the inside. My plan to make a outside wooden box that’s rough 2 feet by 4 feet and then 16 inches high plus the wheels underneath. Those dimensions give me a tank that’s roughly a little under 80 gallons. I would make the outside box then cut the middle of the walls out and add acrylic panels on the inside and take some type of sealer and make the acrylic water tight. For the top I would just do the same idea, have a wooden outside then add acrylic to under and make it water tight and put hinges with the goal to make it open like a treasure chest. For filtration I would like to try and buy a intank filter to try and keep that aspect simple. Then for stocking I would like to do a salt tank with scarlet skunk shrimp. I kind love the idea of having those shrimp eat the skin off your hands. My goal though would be to be able to put your feet in the tank and have them clean your feet while watching tv on the couch. I was thinking about just loading them in there with some live rock and sand. So that’s my whole plan, do you guys think this can work and what recommendations do you guys have?
Thanks!

Maybe move this to the saltwater section so more saltwater folks have a chance to see it?

You could just make a new post in that section. I'm sure there's another way to move it but I don't know it.

Okay, this post is mostly about just the building aspect of the tank, I’m just looking to see if anyone has any tips for building! Maybe they think using glass over acrylic is better or such or maybe any tips at all.
