Brownish Algae On Hornwort

How do I get rid of this? Only seems to be the planted ones...I have one floating that is perfectly green

Hornwort generally does better when floating. You can put the affected hornwort in a bowl of tank water and swish gently (I use chopsticks of salad forks) to try to remove the algae that's on it. I occasionally add a little potassium permanagate to the bowl to try to oxidize the algae, but sometimes that causes that hornwort to drop all of its needles. Those usually regrow quickly when floating.
