Do you mind posting the nutrients and their percentages in API leaf zone? I can’t seem to find them on the website, also what type of root tabs did you get?
Edit: is t a high bioload tank and what size?

Yes it has a high bio load but I have a pennplax cascade 50p filter and I suck out the poop daily. Getting pictures now

The root tabs in pictures below is the one I will use next week the ones I just used are the flourish root tabs by seachem

So if it suddenly went brown then it’s probably a CO2 deficiency, if you don’t want to set up a CO2 system and mess with all that I believe apI does make a co2 supplimebt but the one I use is seachem excel. If you notice it occurring on any other plants in the next few weeks it is probably also a micro nutrient deficiency. You’ve got the macros down with the root tabs but their is a big big list of micro nutrients that hey don’t include. I use the seachem comprehensive to have the micronutrient additions. If it turned yellow first a few days before browning then it was probably an iron deficiency, the apI leafzone doesn’t have a high concentration of iron in it but the root tabs have a larger concentration so that should fix it if that’s the problem.

That’s weird because I have amazon swords in my 10 gallons and I only do root tabs every month. I’ll wait a week or two and see if the root tabs work if not I’ll get something with more iron in it

Yeah the root tabs seem of decent quality if they don’t work it may be a slow co2 issue since the tank is so heavily stocked with plants. But if it is co2 I would be surprised that all of your other plants are showing no stunting in growth or yellowing. Typically lack of co2 occurs suddenly which is why they can turn brown very quickly in that case.
