Brown algae?

Does anyone know what kind of algae this is growing on my amazon sword plant? How to get rid of it?

In my little experience I can say this happens to all my plants with big leaves. I used to wipe the leaves every few days but I just leave it now. I have installed a UV light so algae is no longer the nightmare it once was.
