Hi,
I have 6 bristlenose plecos 1 large female and 5 smaller ones i have been using a screwcumber to sink down cucumber and courgette (zucchini) and they have been swimming near it but i haven't seen them eating it. I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to make them eat it.

My bn plecos love zucchini (they love sliced broccoli stem better!) but they won't eat it unless it is a bit soft. I blanche or sometimes even steam them. The softer they are the quicker they will eat it. So perhaps they don't like it raw. If you leave it in for long enough it should start to break down and soften, or you could blanche or par-boil or steam them. Once the zucchini is softened enough it will also sink on its own.
