Brine Shrimp (sea Monkeys) In 20g Fish Tank?

Title says it all. Has a big filter and has a heater. Once fish are dead I move brine shrimp into it. Is this acceptable?

someone correct me if I am wrong, but brine shrimp only survive in saltwater. Correct?
This thread is in the freshwater section...

Also, why are you anticipating your fish dying? Fish can have very long lifespans when cared for properly. Are they sick or something?
