Brine Shrimp In Styrofoam Cooler?

I have been thinking about getting brine shrimp because I have heard that bettas love them. Will a styrofoam cooler with a makeshift V-bottom be alright for keeping them as long as I add a foam filter? Also, what amount of salt per cup of water should I use?

Adult Brine shrimp have almost zero nutritional value, they only thing they are good for is digestive fiber, bettas love fish eggs, try them instead
