I would say you could get away with a 15 if your experienced at breeding rams. However, this doesnt' give you much room and i don't recommend it for most people. It also doesn't give the fish alot of space. I would make sure it's heavily planted and like you said, no other fish.

i have keeping a rams before but i never been able to breed them so i want to try to breed them this time , and yeah its gonna be a heavily planted tank
