I agree. I just let my guppy grass do what it wants to, so most of it floats, though it will send roots down to the substrate if you let it. I remove the bulk of it while catching shrimp or fish to get it out of the way, then put it back when I'm done.

 

Should I get a starter pack of shrimp at flip aquatic? I was thinking getting the orange pumpkin starter pack of 10.

Edit: seems as though the LFS have local breeders in my area and are pretty set on any dream blue shrimp or cherries. I'm thinking orange pumpkin might not sell as well. Is there a place I could sell the shrimp online or is there a breed of shrimp that might peak the LFS interest.
