    Hello,

I am brand new to fish keeping and planning on the following combination of fish. The tank is 26 gallons.

    5 Zebra Danios
    5 Cobra Guppies
    3 Leopard Corys

I also wanted to add a mystery snail and a filter shrimp or bamboo shrimp.

Would the snail and shrimp be overstocking the tank?

Any different ideas? I really like the Danios so combos that work them in would be ideal.

    Thanks for any insight.

Id up the corys. They like to be in schools larger than 6. Best around 8 to 10. Otherwise it looks good. You could do shrimp and a snail

Maybe drop the guppies. Unless you really like them. But having danios as mid level swimmers, corys as bottom dwellers and then you could add a gourami for a centerpeice fish.
