Boyfriend wants to join, but same IP address

My sweetheart wants to join the forums, but seems I remember seeing something about more than one account on the same IP address. Since we live together, our IP address is the same. He's had a Saltwater Reef tank for 18 years (so will be a definite contribution as a member), and would join under the name of Papajin. Will this be ok?
