Bolivion Ram Sick?

Woke thismorning to my bolivion ram sitting up on one of the ornaments in the tank. Was fine last night. He can swim slowly but always settles back down on floor. Have noticed for last 1hr

Readings:

Ammonia 0
Nitirite 0
Nitrate 10-15
Ph 6.8-7.0
Dechlorinator: prime
Use stability here and there with larger changes
Tank size 5x2.5x2.5'
Filter is a 2750lph x 1 aqua one

Well, that's too hot for a bolivian ram, they need it between 68, and 78.
I would put it at 74 and see if he changes.

I will drop the temperature as soon as i get home today.

Would this higher temp be a cause even though he has been in 26 C for 5 months?

Ok so got home tonight and am slowly lowering the temp.

The ram is no longer sitting on the floor he is now swimming constantly (hovering around) which seems like good news!

However i noticed this, can someone please identify this?

Looks like his feces are red or stuck? Or i may be completely wrong. Any thoughts??
