Bolivian Ram won't eat and has a slight sunken belly

Fishbish24

I have two Bolivian rams, the newest one which is a male and I've had for about two months went from being very active and mating with my female to now losing his color, hiding, not eating, and having a slight sunken stomach. He is in a community tank with about 15 other fish and he is the only one displaying these issues. I have prazipro on hand but was reading I might need to isolate him and give him general cure? Any ideas?

Tank:
40 gal
ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 15-20
Temp: 77

I think Prazipro is the way to go. Good chance Intestinal parasites are the problem.
Unfortunately once a hunger strike begins recovery is unlikely.
Hope things get better soon.
